What the app uses
The Accu Pier Field Schedule connects to the Accu Pier Google Calendar to operate business appointments. Appointment records may include customer names, mobile numbers, addresses, appointment types, assigned staff, notes, attachments, consent, and notification status.
How information is used
Information is used only for Accu Pier scheduling, customer appointment confirmations and reminders, and operational alerts to assigned staff. Google and Telnyx credentials stay on the application server. Accu Pier does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Text messaging
Customers who agree to receive appointment texts may receive a confirmation and a reminder approximately 24 or 48 hours before an appointment, depending on the appointment type. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
Sharing and retention
Appointment information may be processed by Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Telnyx to provide these features and may be shared with assigned Accu Pier staff. Google Calendar remains the master appointment record. Notification logs retain masked phone numbers and delivery or scheduling status; credentials are never shown in the client.
Access and removal
The calendar owner may revoke Google access at any time. Appointments may be corrected or deleted through Google Calendar or the Field Schedule. Customers may stop future texts at any time by replying STOP.
